Arbor House and Angel of the Lake Bed & Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days * prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

 

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days * notice or with less than 30 days for a whole house or group bookings, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

 

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. * A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house and group bookings and for some holidays and special events. A deposit, at the discretion of management, may also be required at least 3 months' prior to your stay.

 

A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to any additional items that you may have ordered to have with your stay. If you cancel in less than 24 hours of your stay, we must ask you to take full responsibility for the cost of the additional items.

 

Check-in: 3:00 PM until 6:00PM It is most important if arriving outside of your specified time, to please contact us so that we can be here to greet you on your arrival. Due to limited space, only 1 vehicle per room is allowed.

Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late fees will be charged when checking out later than 11:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Evidence of smoking in the room will result in a cleaning charge to your credit card of $250.00 a day.

 

If you plan to visit the beach, which is directly across the street from Arbor House, please make sure you bring your beach towels with you. The bath towels and robes in your room are not to be removed from your room at any time, and failure to comply will result in an additional laundry fee which will be at the discretion of management. When returning from the beach please rinse off in the outdoor shower located at the beach, or here on the grounds where the shower is located directly behind the laundry facility.

 

The use of the towels provided for the removal of makeup is strictly prohibited and will result in a $20.00 replacement charge for each towel used. Please use the tissues provided for the removal of makeup.

 

As a consideration for our other guests, children under 10 years of age are not usually permitted, and exceptions to this policy is soley at the discretion of the management. The decision is based on the inn's occupancy. Children under 10, if permitted, must be supervised at all times by an adult.

 

For families with young children, we have our Angel of the Lake House that can accomadate up to 12 guests. This house can be reserved nightly or at a reduced weekly rate.
