Wedding Package

This package is designed for the bride who wants a smaller wedding ceremony and reception without compromising on many of the amenities of a larger wedding.

 

• Grounds and reception room (if needed) for ceremony and reception (4 hours)

• Rehearsal dinner location

• Reception food (appetizer buffet - can be upgraded - call for details)

• Cut and serve cake by staff

• Two nights guest room accommodations for bride and groom

• All tables and chairs for rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception

• All table linens for reception

• Table decor (1 fresh flower arrangement)

• Cloth napkins for reception

• Plates and flatware for reception

• Cake table with linens and decor

 

• All setup and takedown of ceremony and receptions chairs and tables

• Allowance for bride's cake

• Buffet table with linens and decor

• Drink table with beverages (non-alcoholic), stemware, linens and decor

• Registration table with linens and decor

• Aisle decor

• Arbor/arch with fresh flowers for ceremony

• Full breakfast and late afternoon appetizers/beverages for guests staying at The Arbor House

• 8 hours of wedding planning (additional hours are extra - charged per hour)

• Ceremony coordination on day of wedding

 

Note: Guest rooms for guests other than the bride and groom are not included in the package. We require that all of the guest rooms be rented for 2 nights (day before wedding and day of wedding) if the wedding is on a Saturday. Photography, flowers that are carried and worn, the minister, groom's cake, and music are not included in the package. We would be happy to work with you on finding suitable vendors for any extras.

 

Policies: Wedding packages may be booked up to 9 months prior to the wedding date, based on availability. 50% of the package price is required as a non-refundable deposit to book the date.  No changes are allowed after 14 days prior to the wedding date unless approved by The Arbor House.  The time limit for this package is 3 hours.  Payment in full for the balance of the package, including any taxes, and any added options, is due 14 days prior to the wedding. All payments made are non-refundable.
